The thermal product is suitable for cold chain. It is recommended to test it before use to avoid any long-term exposure to an environment above 50°C or direct sunlight to protect product quality. The product is suitable for the occasions that are currently sold and discounted. After the label is printed, it cannot be placed in a place that is easily contaminated with animal and vegetable oils or chemicals, so as to avoid the barcode being unscannable.

Printing Methods of Desktop Direct Thermal Labels DDB6857

It can be used for most traditional printing, due to the thermal nature of the product, processing environments above 50°C should be avoided. The ink containing alcohol or volatile organic solvent may damage the thermal layer. It is recommended to use the original ink without any additives for processing and printing as much as possible. For spot color inks or inks with additives, it is recommended to test the inks before printing.

Shelf life

12 months, applicable only to the material delivered by Jinya which has not undergone further processing, under the following STORAGE CONDITIONS:

This material must be stored at a temperature of 23±2ºC and 50±5% of Relative Humidity.
Storage area must be dry and clean.
Keep the material in the original packaging when not used in order to protect it from dust and contamination.
Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat sources.
