Adhesive	E27P is a kind of universal permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, which is specially formulated for clothing labels. It has excellent initial viscosity and suitable final viscosity, and reflects high cohesion to ensure that there is no glue residue pollution after the label is torn off on the surface of various fabrics.

Applications of Garment Label N80

This adhesive can maintain excellent initial viscosity on most substrates. It is suitable for making clothing labels of various fibers, denim fabrics, medium-density fabrics, light-dyed cotton fabrics, etc. It is suggested that before using this material to process the label, the corresponding substrate, especially the relevant fabric and clothing, should be strictly tested, and then the label material should be confirmed.

Printing Methods of Garment Label N80

The material surface has been specially processed and has a strong affinity for ink. It is suitable for flexographic printing, screen printing, intaglio printing and printing ink. Pre-press ink test is necessary. It can be overprinted, die-cut and discarded on the rotary machine. Cold and hot stamping processing can be carried out, but the material deformation caused by high temperature during processing should be avoided. The product itself has a fog-like effect, and can obtain higher label transparency through glazing oil or coating film. Excessive tension shall be avoided, which may lead to label overflow.

Shelf life

12 months, applicable only to the material delivered by Jinya which has not undergone further processing, under the following STORAGE CONDITIONS:

This material must be stored at a temperature of 23±2ºC and 50±5% of Relative Humidity.
Storage area must be dry and clean.
Keep the material in the original packaging when not used in order to protect it from dust and contamination.
Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat sources.
