Metallic paper is ideal for various applications that require a luxurious appearance or a reflective finish. It is popular for creating high-end invitations, cards, posters, packaging, and other design projects. Metallic paper is also used for scrapbooking, gift wrapping, origami, and other DIY projects that require a metallic or shimmering appearance.
Adhesives used with metallic paper should be acid-free and archival quality to prevent discoloration and fading over time, especially when working with scrapbooking projects. It is best to use adhesives that provide a strong bond without soaking or darkening the paper. Double-sided tape, glue dots, and acid-free glue sticks are popular choices for adhering metallic paper.
